Of the 22,444 new cases of COVID-19 infection laboratory-confirmed in the country today: 10,931 cases were detected in Tbilisi, 1,876 in Adjara, 3,281 in Imereti, 1,193 in Kvemo Kartli, 1,062 in Shida Kartli, Guria – 616, in Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 1,496, in Kakheti – 1,101, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 450, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 359, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 79.
Active cases of the disease at this stage are 228,153 people, of which: 6,085 people are on inpatient treatment in hospitals.
1,232 are severe patients. 291 patients are connected to ventilators.
220,210 people are being treated for the virus at home.
