Josep Borrell, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy referred to the latest presidential election and referendum in Moldova.
“Moldovan authorities successfully conducted elections and a constitutional referendum, despite facing a hybrid war from Russia and its proxies.
We are committed to continue to support Moldova’s resilience, security and democracy on its path to EU membership”, Borrell said in a post on X.
