15 issues discussed at Sakrebulo meeting today

Today’s meeting of the Sakrebulo in Akhaltsikhe began differently than usual, representatives of the United National Movement party raised banners in support of Ukraine and thus condemned the invasion of Ukraine.

Deputies of the Akhaltsikhe Sakrebulo discussed 15 issues and supported all issues, including support for opposition parties, with the exception of one issue related to the maintenance of cemeteries.

At the meeting of the Sakrebulo, it became known that changes were made to the budget of the municipality for 2022, the standard price of non-agricultural land was determined, the rules for the construction and maintenance of cemeteries on the territory of the municipality were approved, and the results of the work done in 2021 were summed up.

After the changes in the budget, Akhaltsikhe’s budget has increased to 33 million this year. The original budget was 21 million. 400 thousand lari.

Today, the deputies supported the program of the mayor’s office, according to which the mayor’s office will allocate 1200 lari to children from 0 to 12 years old who are diagnosed with Down syndrome, developmental delay and other physical or mental problems. The municipality will allocate 60% of the amount requested for rehabilitation procedures.
