Entire Krkzhan is empty because of security high risks: Artak Beglaryan
Azerbaijani forces closely approached this suburb of Stepanakert and even entered the first houses. Former Minister of State of Nagorno-Karabakh Artak Beglaryan informed about this in his X (former Twitter) microblog.
“The ceasefire violation of September 21 occurred here. Entire Krkzhan is empty because of security high risks,” Beglaryan tweeted.
