EU special representative Toivo Klaar arrived in Azerbaijan
Toivo Klaar, EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, arrived in Baku.
“Glad to be back in Azerbaijan. Interesting meetings today and looking forward to good discussions tomorrow,” Klaar wrote on his Twitter.
