I express my condolences to families of victims of deadly explosion in Istanbul: Ararat Mirzoyan

Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan made a note regarding the explosion that took place on İstiklal Avenue in Istanbul.

“I express my sincere condolences to the families of victims of the deadly explosion in Istanbul and wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” Mirzoyan wrote on his Twitter and also mentioned his Turkish colleague Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in the post.
