Deeply concerned by reports attacks on civilian infrastructure, German Foreign Ministry

Matthias Lüttenberg, Director for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia issued a statement on recent attacks by Azerbaijan on Armenia’s territory. “Deeply concerned by reports of hostilities along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, including attacks on civilian infrastructure. Fighting needs to stop immediately. We support the offer for de-escalation presented by Charles Michel”, Lüttenberg Tweeted.
