Ukraine and Denmark to launch joint defense production: Zelensky

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, met with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, during which they announced the launch of joint weapons production between Ukraine and Denmark.
Zelenskyy shared this information on his social media platforms.
“Denmark will be the first country with which we launch joint defense production. Every country that sincerely helps Ukraine now can count on a mutually beneficial partnership with us. Strengthening Europe together,” Zelensky said.
Starting July 1, Denmark will begin its presidency of the Council of the European Union. Zelenskyy noted that during this meeting with Frederiksen, they thoroughly discussed cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the context of Denmark’s presidency.
Recall that on June 24 and 25, the NATO summit is taking place in the Netherlands. During this event, the President of Ukraine met with French President Emmanuel Macron, where they discussed strengthening Ukraine’s combat aviation and expanding the support coalition.
On June 25, as part of the NATO summit in The Hague, Zelenskyy is likely to hold a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.
