He appealed to American TV star Kim Kardashian with Armenian origin and producer Eric Israelian, noting that the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh do not have the opportunity to make their voices heard in the world, and called on them to help in this matter.
In the published video, Ocampo expressed his opinion that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is the person who can change the situation, force the blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh to stop.
