Armenia’s international media is noticing an increase in interest in the Nagorno-Karabakh crisis

Azerbaijan continues to illegally close the Lachin Corridor and does not allow humanitarian aid allocated by Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh to reach the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, where there is a serious humanitarian crisis due to Azerbaijan’s complete blockade of the corridor.
In a conversation with journalists on July 31, Vardan Sargsyan, a representative of the working group created in the Government of the SR under the leadership of the Vice-Prime Minister of Armenia, noted that since July 26, when the humanitarian cargo reached the Kornidzor border zone, the starting point of the Lachin Corridor, it was not possible to advance from there, because Azerbaijan prohibited their entry between in, no new events are observed. He added that there was no response from the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Nagorno-Karabakh, which Armenia requested to provide humanitarian aid.
“The convoy of trucks is located in the same area, in Kornidzor. Despite the appeals of various states, broad international reaction, statements of various politicians and public figures, as well as relevant decisions made by the international court, Azerbaijan actually continues to illegally close the Lachin corridor and impede cargo transportation,”- said Sargsyan .
The created situation was covered by various international media. Journalists from the USA, Russia, China and Argentina learned about the situation.
According to him, information is open to all journalists to present the situation. “International news agencies’ interest in the situation is increasing. Yesterday, a journalist from “France Presse” agency was here and had the opportunity to see what happened there. “France Press” agency published the corresponding publication,”- said Sargsyan .
