Armenian Language to be studied in an Azerbaijani university

The “Armenian Language” course will be relaunched at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).

 

The course is aimed at ensuring that Azerbaijani researchers “systematically follow the publications of the Armenian media, prepare analytical materials, receiving more complete information from sources in Armenian in connection with the current economic situation and the future situation in Armenia”, said the higher educational institution in a statement.

 

As EADaily reported, in Azerbaijan, after the 44-day war in Karabakh in  2020, there is an increased interest in learning the Armenian language.
