Media – Joe Biden Administration Says Russia Has Deployed Another 7,000 Troops to Ukraine Border
Russia has increased its forces mobilized near the border with Ukraine by another 7,000 troops, according to media reports, a senior official in the administration of US President Joe Biden said.
“They are only making public statements about negotiations and de-escalation, while unofficially they are mobilizing for war,” the official said.
He stressed that Russia could use a false pretext to attack Ukraine.
“We should expect more false information from Russian state media. We do not know what form the false pretext will take, but we hope that the world is ready, ”said a senior official in the US presidential administration.
